“Hansa Capital Partners who had been operating a basic CRM system for a number of years identified that it needed to be replaced and upgraded in order to more fully capture the activities of the business and to act as a driver in changing the way it processed the ever increasing email and electronic traffic. As a small investment management company, it neither had the resources or experience to undertake a process of identifying and installing suitable alternatives.
