Restorers and manufacturers of bespoke rocking horses that are collected worldwide. Their existing legacy-based sales and customer service system lacked flexibility and speed of use.

We worked closely with management to design a solution that would fit seamlessly into a complex and labour-intensive process.

Delivered:
A system that tracks sales enquiries through to completion, manages the carving and finishing process to delivery; and handles all subsequent customer services. For industry shows and exhibitions, pre- and post-event mail shots can be easily processed. The solution is integrated with the company's Sage Line 50 accounts system.
