Client Background:
Shell EP, based in the UK, Holland and the Middle East, were using a CRM/Stakeholder system, designed and developed by TPS in 1997, in tandem with a regional core system which managed the entire Shell organisation's document and email communication. Shell EP required the sharing of information between these two systems.

Process:
To allow us detailed analysis of Shell's regional communication system, we worked closely with its original designers. The client was also closely involved with defining the precise data that needed to be exchanged.

Delivered:
The sharing of data between the two systems gives key Shell personnel within the region up-to-date knowledge of the business relationships being undertaken in the Middle East by Shell EP.

The elimination of costly duplication of work between the two systems.
