Delivered:
A solution that manages all stages of the quotation process, from enquiries to final policy. It tracks all aspects of documentation, alerting staff of any missing documents required for the fulfillment of the policy. The system prompts staff when a policy is due for renewal, and automatically produces all necessary documents ready for sending to the client. It also calculates premiums, taxes, commissions and fees and to apportion these as required under the terms of the policy.

A solution that conformed to all regulatory requirements and allowed the client to expand the business without increasing personnel. Since implementation, Sennet has approached us to extend the system to allow clients restricted access via the internet.
