Commence wins Top 10 awards

Business-Software.com has given Commence two awards in the CRM software category.

1. Top 10 for On-Premise CRM software
2. Top 10 for Hosted CRM software. The Commence On-Demand product is currently
    only available in North America but will be coming to Europe soon.


Commence RM 4.0

We are pleased to announce the release of Commence RM 4.0.

This new release has the new ribbon interface similar to that recently introduced
into Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010, it also has web based dashboard ( available Sept 2010)
which can be viewed within a Commence desktop or externally by any web browser.


Commence RM 4.0 is Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) compliant.

From the release of Commence RM 3.5, there was a change to Commence licencing
and software support. All TPS clients have been advised of these changes. If you
have not been informed by your reseller, please contact us immediately.

Please note that versions before Commence RM 3.5 are NOT Vista or MS Office 2007 compliant.
Following the release of Commence RM 4.0, additional licences for RM 3.5 will not be
available after October 2010.

Web Front End - Exciting News

As mentioned above, Commence RM 4.0 now comes with the new Dashboard tool.
This is a web portal that allows Commence views to be published to the web
and permit records to be added or edited.

Calendars can be displayed also allowing items to be added or amended plus
emails from your Outlook and even Gmail accounts can be integrated into the dashboard.

If you use LinkedIn or Twitter, Commence RM 4.0 can also link your contacts with their
respective pages and profiles.
