Client Background:
NCH's UK sales force is responsible for selling and promoting the use of the company's products to pharmacies within their designated regions. NCH needed to replace their current customer management system with a solution that would deliver greater efficiency and increased sales.

Process:
After undertaking a detailed analysis of the working practices of the sales force, the regional and national sales management, and the customer care order processing, we designed a solution that provided each member of the sales force detailed information of their clients (provided by a third party organisation), which could be accessed anywhere and anytime on laptops.

Delivered:
A system that allows the sales force to place orders for each respective account, and electronically submits these orders to the customer care department at head office for processing through the respective wholesalers.

Achieved:
An integrated solution for the management of the entire sales process, accessible to every member of the sales force, which reduced the customer care workload and cut costs.
